I get a message saying "Username/Password Combination Invalid"

This message is displayed when:

You do not have a valid account.

1)     You have mistyped your username

2)     You have mistyped your password.

The SalesPro site has recently changed.  You no longer use your Extranet ID to login.  You login to SalesPro using your email address and password.

To ensure the new SalesPro has the most current information, you may need to complete the "New User" form to activate your account.

If you have not logged onto SalesPro since the update, use the "Forgot your password? Click here." link to retrieve your password.

Be sure to enter your email address correctly when using this feature.

If you have a valid account, you will receive an email with your password.  If you do not have a valid account, you will receive a message stating "The email address that you entered is not registered in the system. Please try again. If you are not a registered user please click here to begin the registration process."

You can login using your email address and password.

Note: Passwords are Case-Sensitive and may contain special characters.  You must enter your password EXACTLY like you see it in the email.

For example:

MyPassword123  is not the same as mypassword123

MYp0ssW5rd!$.  is not the same as MYp0ssW5rd!$

Note the period is missing from the 2nd one!

I am not a valid user

If you are not a valid user, you must complete a new user registration.  Follow instructions for completing the new user request forms.

If you do not have a valid Extranet ID, your request must be approved by your manager as well as the SalesPro administrator.  You will be notified via email when your account is activated.

I used the "Forgot your password" link, but did not get an email

Many email systems filter for potential unwanted email from solicitors – known as SPAM.  In many cases, your email system will place SPAM in a folder such as "Deleted", "Suspect", "Junk" or "SPAM".

Be sure to check all these folders in case your email system accidentally identified the email notification as unwanted SPAM.  This is a very common problem and most likely where your email ended up.

·         If you use Microsoft Outlook, look for a folder called "Junk Email".

·         If you use Yahoo email, look for a folder called "Bulk"

·         If you use Hotmail email, look for a folder called "Junk Email".

Password Tips:

Please type your password exactly as it appears in the email.  The password is case-sensitive and may include characters other than letters and numbers.  You may want to cut-n-paste the password from your email notification if you have trouble typing it.

·         Enter the entire password exactly as it is shown above - including special characters (e.g. !, @, #, $, %)

·         Password is Case-Sensitive

·         Do not include spaces before or after the password

·         Tip - copy and paste the password to avoid errors
